Our Products
Baffle Plates
Manufacturing of Baffle plates for use in heat exchanger to match tubesheet. Baffle plates are stack drilled together on our CNC machining centre using special tungsten carbide drilling tooling. Baffles are 2000mm diameter and drilled with 2858 holes.
Large Flange Manufacturing
Turning a flange from raw forging on a vertical borer.
Finished sizes: 2590mm diameter x 2080mm inside diameter x 475mm high.
Finished weight: 6 tonne
Long Weld Neck Nozzles
Caman manufactures long weld neck flanges ranging in sizes from the small sizes shown, up to over 2000mm diameter.
Orifice Flange Set
Weld Neck Orifice flange set for use in metering applications, manufactured by Caman.
Caman also manufacture stainless steel orifice plates that insert between the two flanges.
Radius End Nozzle
Manufacturing Radius ended nozzle to suit mounting on a vessel side.
Machining performed on a state of the art CNC machining centre using tungsten carbide cutting tips.
